WORKSHOPS

1.) How to Create Your Own Sales/Service Questionaire (and get responses!) to Help Grow Your Business

Surveys are nothing new, but the ability to easily conduct one is. How many of us truly understand how to construct a survey? If you’ve ever sat down to create a survey, you’ll know it’s not always easy! In this workshop, we will teach you how to reach out to your customers to learn more about their interactions with your business and employees. We will teach you how to gain valuable insights into their personality and preferences that can be used to personalize their experience including marketing and sales opportunities.

In our workshop, Creating Surveys to Gain a Competitive Edge, we try to give everyone the basic tools they need to easily create surveys that will be answered and understand the data received. In our workshop you will learn the following:

  • Steps to prepare for a survey.
  • The basic questions every survey should contain.
  • How to construct questions that provide insights into an individual’s personality and preferences.
  • How to tell whether the survey taker is telling the truth.
  • How to understand and visualize your data in a compelling way.
