This interactive workshop will deliver a comprehensive view of supply chain risk and related complexity issues. Participants will identify and discuss the impact and frequency of various supply chain risks that may affect their businesses and develop strategies to mitigate these risks. Real-world examples will provide a realistic approach to this value-packed workshop. Participants will work together in teams to apply techniques offered throughout the
workshop. Featured workshop leader is Joel Sullivan, a logistics and supply chain professional with over 30 years experience in various industries.
