Chamber Foundation

The Foundation

Live. Work. Lead.

The San Diego Regional Chamber Foundation is a 501(c)3 foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to create the most business-friendly region in California through investment in research, education, and leadership. The Foundation focuses its research, education, and leadership cultivation around the issues that influence San Diego’s business climate: workforce development, cross-border business, veterans employment, infrastructure, and quality of life.

The Foundation is managed by Sean Karafin, the Chamber’s Executive Director of Policy and Economic Research.

Leadership

The Chamber's Leadership Development Programs seek to cultivate leaders who are well-equipped to serve our communities and the voice of San Diego businesses.

Through our four programs – San Diego Young Leaders, Student Civics Engagement Academy, Public Leadership Institute and Advance, the new women's professional development program – interested candidates will find curricula focused on practical education, relationship-building and mentorship.
