Matthew is the founder and president of Southern Cross Property Consultants (SCPC) a construction management firm based in San Diego. He holds a license as an Attorney in California and received his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. He is a California licensed Architect with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee. Matthew currently serves as a Vice-Chair of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Infrastructure, Housing, & Land-use policy sub-committee, as well as on the San Diego Zoological Society Foundation’s Charitable Real Estate Committee, which advises the Foundation Board on the acceptance of real estate gifts. He also serves on the City of San Diego, Planning Commission.
