Teodoro Martinez

Teddy serves as Policy Advisor to Councilmember Campbell. He formerly worked as Communications Director in the California State Assembly and served as legislative staff assigned to a range of public policy issues including health, transportation, housing, budget, and veteran’s affairs. Teddy recently graduated with a Master of International Affairs degree focused on economics and politics at the UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy. He previously earned a B.A. in Communications at California State University, Monterey Bay where he researched pathways to civic engagement, conflict resolution, and intercultural communication.
