Vanessa Mapula Garcia is a Senior Regional Public Affairs Manager in the External Relations Division of San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). Vanessa joined SDG&E in 2015 and oversees the company’s public affairs outreach and education in the City of San Diego, South Bay of San Diego County, including agencies such as SANDAG and the Airport Authority. Garcia has over 10 years’ experience working in public affairs and government relations in San Diego and Los Angeles.
