Warren Ruis is Director of Regional Public Affairs for San Diego Gas & Electric. Warren has been with Sempra Energy and SDG&E for fourteen years, in roles of increasing responsibility in risk management, supply management, community and government affairs. A native San Diegan, Warren is actively involved in the community. Warren is board chair for San Diego Grantmakers, board vice chair for the San Diego LGBT Community Center and serves on the board of directors for California Coast Credit Union. He holds a BBA (Management) from the University of San Diego, an MBA (Finance) from Pepperdine University, an Associate of Risk Management from the American Institute of Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriters and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
