WORKSHOPS

Build More Urgency, Win More Business
If you’re looking for an effective way to build more urgency, close more deals, and reduce your marketing costs, then you need to attend this workshop. Being a master of building urgency is one of the greatest skill sets a sales professional can ever learn. Urgency is what gets people to take action.

Matthew Yancy | Founder & CEO of Game Masters
For almost two decades Matthew Yancy has dedicated himself to mastering the art of selling. He’s dominated virtually every type of sales industry; from door-to-door, in-home, phone, retail, B2B, indirect, multi-level, and more. After an outstanding career in leadership, Matthew opened Game Masters with the belief that he could reach a bigger audience and thereby help more people grow their business. He also saw a huge flaw in the sales training industry. Which is, many sales trainers teach philosophy without any practical application. This leaves the audience with a nice pump up feeling in the beginning, with no real results in the end. What makes his approach different from people like Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, Grant Cardone, and Brian Tracy? He brings a no-fluff, no bull, straight forward approach to winning more business. His methods are practical, applicable in today’s market, fun and easy to learn. Bottom-line, his stuff actually works.

HR Pitfalls to Avoid, Hiring and The Human Element of Your Business
For businesses with one employee or more, it may be easy to occasionally overlook the importance of human resources and compliance issues. Anthony will share real-life scenarios of mistakes small business owners make and, as an owner, you want to avoid. Equally important, employees are a critical component of any business, and successfully managing the human resource aspect is a key factor in the success of even a very small business. Workshop attendees will take away effective HR strategic planning techniques and strategies to manage your resources and minimize human resources issues.

Anthony Piccoli | Proprietor of Targeted Human Resources Consulting
Anthony has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, working with multiple industries such as: Education, Health Care, start-ups and E-Commerce. He has assisted and led HR departments at both large (Fortune 500) and emerging companies specializing in start-up.  Anthony holds a Masters of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Keller Business School of Management, and has earned Bachelor and Master’s degrees from Northwestern University. Anthony is presently SPHR Certified.
