Chef Balderas will demonstrate best grilling practices for Buckboard’s famous baby back ribs, tri-tip and chicken, plus his favorite sides to pair with them. Bring your questions, and get ready for a fun afternoon. Buckboard was created about 30 years ago as a mom-and-pop catering company to create deep-forging memories filled with joy, laughter, and great food. After successfully catering thousands of events — owner, Fadi Shihadeh, decided to open the Buckboard’s Barbecue and Brew restaurant so San Diegans and visitors alike could have the same experiences as those of our larger parties. He’s passionate about bringing the Buckboard experience to the local community. After all, the fondest memories are made when gathered around the table.
