Master Your Mindset

March 28, 2018 @ 8:00 am - 9:30 am

Event Navigation

Most people will easily admit that one of their biggest obstacles is themselves. We tend to get stuck in less productive habits and thought patterns that don’t serve us of bring us the results we desire.  Do you know that research has found that up to 75% of what we think about and say to ourselves is negative? But the good news is you can change it. You can raise your own awareness and learn new habits to attract more of what you want.

This session provides an opportunity to identify what is renting space in your mind that needs to be evicted and learn techniques to attract new and more positive tenants. There will be opportunity to practice several new techniques and some to take home and work with.

Featured Speaker:
Lauren Keith, Ph.D.

Dr. Lauren Keith is a certified Success Coach.  In this capacity she enjoys the great pleasure of helping individuals identify what a life they would love living would look like.  Then she teaches them tools and strategies to achieve results faster and bigger than they would on their own.  This process helps people identify what is keeping them stuck and installs new skills and habits to remove or alter them while focusing on the things that truly “light them up.”  It is very rewarding work and creates significant transformations in the lives of her clients.

In the corporate world, Lauren has provided leadership training and coaching for over 20 years.  She helps leaders understand themselves and others better, enabling better interactions leading to more employee engagement, satisfaction, productivity and profit.

Additionally she is a huge animal lover and has been active in the field of animal rescue for many years.  Her passion for rescuing, fostering, and bottle feeding orphan kittens has earned her the nickname “Miss Meow.”
