Regroup! Building an Ecosystem of Trust at Work
June 18 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Trust is a crucial part of every relationship, and it’s especially critical in the workplace today. Research shows that the primary factor affecting employee turnover is the relationship was developed between the manager and the employee.
The data shows that 82% of employees say they don’t trust their boss to tell the truth, while 45% of employees say that this dis-trust of leadership is the biggest challenge that impacts their performance. On the other hand, high trust organizations have higher risk-taking, more innovation and better performance. This session will help you build trust to increase engagement, creativity, and commitment.
This session will enable participants to:
• Identify the impact of behavior on building or eroding trust with others.
• Explore a simple process for rebuilding trust.
• Plan and practice trust-building communication.
• Develop an action plan to increase trust-building behaviors
