Time Management Strategies for the 21st Century

January 24, 2018 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Event Navigation

Old school time management is dead, and the new reality of effectiveness and productivity require you to be tech savvy and agile. There are countless apps to help you manage time and tasks more effectively. However, no lifehack, productivity app, or time management technique can help you if you are buried in emails, meetings and a task list that never ends.

This session provides an opportunity to step back and assess your approach to managing time and energy, and identify key components of a system that enables you to create an action plan that will help you increase your productivity, get your life back and improve your results.

Featured Speaker:
Larry Destro

An energetic and engaging speaker – Larry brings a solid background of business experience to the table. He consults with organizations in retail, manufacturing, restaurants, and non-profits to reposition brands, restructure and refinance organizations to achieve sustained growth and long-term profitability.  He is an expert in managing time and strategy while serving as an interim/full time executive, advisor, coach and board member to guide organizations and move them from “distress to success”. He leads organizations through complex situations by providing clear direction and high impact plans for the future.

Larry served as President International of the Dunkin’ Brands, including Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts, where he led a successful turnaround for the company. He took International Baskin-Robbins and Dunkin’ Donuts from record losses to record profits over a three-year period. He also worked at Taco Bell for 13 years, serving for five years as Northwest Zone Vice President of Operations. He will share his perspectives on how you manage time so that the company’s same-store volumes double and the profits triple.
