Michael Reynolds

As Chief Financial Officer, Mike manages all financial, investment, and banking operations of the Chamber. He oversees the Chamber’s Human Resources, Facilities and Technology departments, as well as the grants program, royalty programs, and non-member revenues. Mike joined the Chamber from ClosingCorp, Inc. in San Diego, where he was Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration, and Chief Financial Officer. ClosingCorp is an early stage technology-enabled service provider of real estate data to the financial services industry. At ClosingCorp, Mike led the financial, legal, and administrative functions of the organization. During his tenure, he completed multiple rounds of financing to fund product development, launch new products, and build the infrastructure of the company. Before joining ClosingCorp, Mike held similar leadership positions at ProfitLine, Inc., SeminarSource, and WebSideStory, Inc., and began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC in San Diego. He has served on the boards of Voices for Children, Junior Achievement, Pacific Beach Town Council, and The Gillespie School. At Voices for Children and The Gillespie School, Reynolds served as Treasurer and Finance Committee Chair. Mike is a graduate of LEAD San Diego. He earned a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University’s School of Accountancy, and a master’s in business administration from SDSU. Reynolds is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California. He lives in La Jolla with his wife and two sons.
