The Baja California Ministry of Tourism held a special event on November 13th at the San Diego Central Library to celebrate the state of Baja California. The event provided a unique and fun opportunity for industry leaders to learn about new trends in #BajaNorte, enjoy internationally lauded wines, taste local craft beer and savor extraordinary food.
Denice Garcia, Director of Binational Affairs from Mayor Faulconer’s office, presented Oscar Escobedo, Secretary of Tourism for Baja California, with a proclamation of November 13th as “Baja California Day” in San Diego. This in recognition of Baja California’s unique experiences, culinary fusions and amazing views, and welcoming culture that is shared with international visitors, and for the ongoing partnership and collaboration with San Diego.
