The SDRCC website has many sections that are open to all users, with no registration required. For these sections, our web server contains no software that automatically tracks e-mail addresses of users. Registrants understand that their personal data and contact information—(e.g., name, title and co-op name, e-mail address, city and state)—may be provided to the event venues, online platforms, hotels, sponsors, speakers, vendors, other affiliates and partners.

From time to time, we may use your address, phone number or e-mail address to provide you with updates and other information we think may be of interest to you. Your ability to opt out of such information is discussed below.

We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail. We do not sell e-mail addresses to any third party.

We also collect information volunteered by users in relation to an on-line survey and/or site registrations. This information is kept confidential by the SDRCC and is not used for purposes outside of the intent of the survey or registration form.

Should you choose to inquire about an employment opportunity at the SDRCC through our on-line job listing, your contact information and/or resume will only be used by the Human Resources Team in considering you for the specified employment opportunity. All information received will be kept confidential.
