With the beginning of the year, the City of San Diego’s minimum wage increased. As of January 1st, businesses with 25 employees or less are required to pay at least $12 per hour. Businesses with 26 employees or more are required to pay at least $13 per hour. Additional information on the city’s minimum wage program may be found here.
