The February Impact session was hosted by Navy Region Southwest at the Admiral Kidd Catering & Conference Center. The cohort heard presentations from Navy Region Southwest, Veterans Village of San Diego, San Diego Military Advisory Council, Naval Medical Center San Diego Fisher House, Support The Enlisted Project, and a panel about the defense industry in San Diego, moderated by Board member Dennis DuBard, Public & Government Relations Manager for General Dynamics NASSCO.

Panelist companies represented were General Dynamics NASSCO, Lockheed Martin, and the San Diego Regional EDC. The day was facilitated by 2019 Influence San Diego graduate Caitlin Ostomel, Director of Public Affairs for Navy Region Southwest.
