Impact graduate of 2021 Gaurav Mishra is now the National Child Psychiatry Advisor for the Wellness & Equity Alliance. 

Impact graduate of 2020 Kari Logan is now the Regional Executive Director for the YMCA of San Diego County.

LEAD Day of Giving Testimonial How-To

Thank you for helping our LEAD Day of Giving efforts. To get the word out about this event and initiative, we decided to use your voice to do so.

We’re asking for one simple sentence: “I give to LEAD because LEAD gave me ________.” Fill in the blank with what you’ve walked away from your program experience with! It can be anything- the sky is truly the limit.

Once you have recorded the video, upload the video here. 

Video tips:

  • The orientation of your video is important; please do not record from a vertical cellular device.
  • Keep your background clear and free of family members and pets.
  • Speak clearly and ensure background noise is paused for the duration of the video.
  • Stick to the script: “I give to LEAD because LEAD gave me ________.”
  • Be creative- we are excited to hear what you gained from our 40+ years of programming and we are sure others will be too
