Chamber friend and partner Ambassador Carlos Gonzalez, currently serving as Consulate General for Mexico in San Diego, was ratified unanimously by the Senate yesterday to serve as Consulate General in Los Angeles. We wish him the best in this new position and know we’ll continue to have an ally to strengthen our ties with Mexico. Our region will welcome Alicia Kerber to our region and we look forward to our continued partnership with the Consulate now under her leadership.
