Dear LEAD San Diego Community, 

I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the new Executive Director of LEAD San Diego. Born and raised in San Diego, I’m passionate about leadership development and empowering individuals to discover and pursue their unique paths to success. My approach centers on providing the knowledge, tools and environments needed for individuals to find success and empowering them to make impactful changes. That philosophy attracted me to LEAD San Diego, where I see our programs as catalysts for empowering leaders with the knowledge and passion to transform themselves and their communities.

In my first three months, I have prioritized familiarizing myself with ongoing programs and strategic priorities. I am working to develop a comprehensive program survey to better understand and enhance our offerings and to effectively measure our impact. Looking ahead, I’m excited about the plans to refresh the Impact seminars and refine the Advance mentorship program.  

I have also had the privilege of meeting many incredible LEAD grads who attribute personal and professional growth to their participation in one of LEAD’s programs.  In the coming months, I aim to work with our marketing and communications team to highlight the broader impact our graduates have made across the San Diego region.  

Each year LEAD graduates over 125 leaders and in its 40+ year history has reached nearly 4,000 alumni. As we look toward the future, I see tremendous opportunity to build upon the prestige of our organization, connect emerging leaders, and reinforce the importance of community leadership.
