LEAD San Diego, is proud to announce Nancy Rohland Heinrich, Ed.D, Executive Vice President, Community Engagement at National University, as Chair of the 2025 Board of Directors. Nancy brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication to the organization’s mission to create a network of leaders equipped with the skills, insight, and passion needed to work collaboratively across industries and issues to positively transform their communities and country.
“I am honored to serve as Board Chair for LEAD San Diego,” said Rohland-Heinrich. “I look forward to working alongside our talented team and alumni to inspire and mobilize the next generation of leaders. Together, we will continue addressing the critical issues facing our region, fostering collaboration, and driving progress that benefits all our communities.”
Nancy has been an avid supporter of LEAD since the late 90’s. A member of the LEAD Board since 2020, Rohland-Heinrich has also served as the LEAD Board Vice Chair and the Chair of the Visionary Awards committee. She is also a graduate of two LEAD San Diego programs: Influence and IMPACT.
“Nancy exemplifies the type of innovative and collaborative leadership that LEAD San Diego strives to foster in our community,” said Veronica Perondi, Executive Director of LEAD San Diego. “Her extensive experience and deep commitment to making a meaningful impact align perfectly with our vision of creating lasting, positive change in the San Diego region. Rohland-Heinrich will serve a one-year term as Chair beginning January 1 through December 31, 2025. Joining her on the LEAD Board are an additional 33 board members representing San Diego County’s diverse industries and communities.
