With the second year of the two year legislative cycle ramping up, legislators face a February 16th deadline to introduce new bills. So far, the legislature has maintained its focus on housing and other land use changes that could alleviate the housing crisis, but is also turning its attention toward abating sexual harassment in the workplace, and grappling with the future of healthcare. We can expect to see a rush of bills as legislators finalize language and ideas, and the Chamber looks forward to addressing those policy proposals with our membership.
