Francis Barraza is the Deputy Chief of Staff, Community Engagement for Mayor Kevin L. Faulconer. She formerly served as the Executive Director of the Republican Party of San Diego County, State Director of Hispanic Initiatives for the Republican National Committee, and most recently as the Campaign Manager for Mayor Faulconer’s successful reelection campaign. Ms. Barraza currently serves on the board of One San Diego and the Latino Leadership & Policy Forum. She is a native San Diegan and received a J.D. from University of California, Davis School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from University of California, Irvine.
