Melissa Goodwin is the Co-Founder of The IdeaHouse. She currently builds and delivers experiences for leaders and teams around the country to energize and mobilize people to their highest level. As a seasoned master executive coach (PCC, CPCC, MA) and thought leader, she has worked extensively with a wide range of talent from high potential to senior-level leaders, and has designed, developed, and delivered hundreds of presentations and programs for Fortune 500 corporations. Ms. Goodwin brings more than a decade and a half of experience working both internally and externally for organizations around leadership and team development, culture and engagement, and organizational transformation. In 2013, Leadership Excellence, a global HR community, awarded her and her business partner for their development and execution of innovative leadership programs. Training Magazine and the American Society have also recognized their work for their training and development programs. Over the past several years, Ms. Goodwin has presented keynotes at national and international conferences, including Association for Training and Development, Society for Human Resource Management, Chief Learning Officers Symposium, IVentiv, Talent Strategies, and more.
