Presidents Biden and Lopez Obrador Discuss Partnership
President Lopez Obrador met with President Biden on July 12. The two leaders agreed on reaffirming their partnership in addressing inflation, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, migration, and the surge of fentanyl trafficking. In addition, President Obrador pledged to spend $1.5 billion over the next two years to improve “smart” border technology.
