The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has commissioned BBC Research & Consulting (BBC) to conduct a disparity study to measure the participation and availability of person of color- (POC-) and woman-owned businesses in Caltrans’ contracts and procurements and provide recommendations for Caltrans to improve its implementation of the Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program.

BBC has asked the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce to share the 2024 Caltrans Disparity Study with our members. See below for study and optional survey.
