Channelle McNutt, MBA, is a consultant at JONES. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communication and Political Science and Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Development. With more than seven years of experience as a strategic advisor, facilitator and consultant, Ms. McNutt has worked with various auxiliaries, nonprofit organizations, and corporations such as CBS, Edwards Lifesciences, Harrah’s Resort, Showtime, Southern California Edison, San Diego State University, Home Start, San Jose State University, and many more. Ms. McNutt was elected Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Associated Students, Inc. at San Diego State University where she oversaw a $22 million auxiliary and served a diverse campus community of 30,000 people. Since 2013, Ms. McNutt has successfully raised over $1 million in philanthropic support for the San Diego State University and served as a board member for the SDSU Alumni Association. She currently serves on the Glazer Leadership Advisory Board. Ms. McNutt has provided inclusive leadership and cultural competency training with major corporations such as Honda and Toyota USA to provide leadership and inclusion workshops that maximize high performance and engagement through leveraging differences and strengthening communication. Ms. McNutt’s passion for leadership development and serving in the community was recognized in 2013, where she was featured in The San Diego Union-Tribune as an up-and-coming leader within the San Diego community, and in 2014, was recognized as one of the Top 50 leaders of the “Emerging Generation: 25 in their 20's” by San Diego Business Journal. Ms. McNutt serves on the USS Midway Diversity & Inclusion Committee, mentored students in the Entrepreneurship Program for Junior Achievement, founded the National Association of Women MBA’s at SDSU, and is a 2017 graduate of LEAD San Diego’s Impact program.
