Charlie is an internationally recognized commercial real estate professional. He is listed as one of the “Top Power Brokers” in the country. He is actively involved in brokerage, development, and capital projects in the US and Mexico. Charlie manages a $200 million fund focused on cannabis related real estate. He also represents Pacifica Companies (Chula Vista Bayfront developer and La Valencia Hotel owner), and he focuses regionally on coastal projects in Baja and Valle de Guadalupe. He recently purchased Ovianas winery in the Valle. Charlie is a native of Atlanta, GA and a graduate of the University of Georgia. He has been very happily calling San Diego home for the past 20 years. He lives in Hillcrest with his husband Kirk Garcia and dog Bo.
