Luz María de la Mora

@luzmadelamora Luz has a Ph.D. in Political Science from Yale University. She is a professor at Carleton University, Canada and taught the graduate program of International Relations at the Colegio de México. She has a diploma in Foreign Trade from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México. In her career, she has severed as Representative of the SE of México to the European Union in Brussels, Belgium and Alternative Representative of México to the Latin America Integration Association (ALADI) in Montevideo, Uruguay. Luz was an Economic Advisor for the Mexican Trade office at the Mexican Embassy in Washington D.C. and a member of the negotiations team for NAFTA. Since December 1, 2018, she served as the Undersecretary of Foreign Trade in the Ministry of Economy.
