@MargRiosFarjat She was born in Monterrey, Nuevo Le Rwas a Professor in Tax Law. She earned her Ph.D. in public policy from the Autonomous University of Nuevo Le In the past, she has worked in editorialist on economic issues in the Newspaper El Norte. She is a very well-known poet and essayist (writer). In 1993, she won 1st place in the University of Literature Contest.  Later in 1997, she won the award of Young Poetry Prize of Monterrey, Alfredo GarcNational Autonomous University of Mxico. She was appointed by Andrés Manuel López on December 5.
