@TorrucoTurismo Originally from México City, received a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Mexican School of Tourism. Cornell University, he specialized in Tourism Training of the Organization of American States. Also has a diploma in Tourism Marketing and in Senior Management. In 1991, he founded his own educational institution, the Pan- American School of Hospitality. Today it trains 17,000 tourism professionals. He became the Secretary of Tourism of Mexico in 2012 and held this position until 2017. Currently, he is the chairman of the Consultative group on Training H&R for tourism of the city of Mexico and a member of Group Experts of the World tropism Organization.
