Neil Mohr is General Manager with Republic Services and is responsible for the operations, safety, and environmental compliance of their post collection facilities in San Diego County. Neil oversees landfill operations at three facilities, including construction & demolition material recycling, organic waste composting, aggregate recycling, a transfer station, and landfill gas to energy projects that produce renewable power for the region. The San Diego facilities were a privatization project that Republic Services coordinated with the County of San Diego. Neil has a Civil & Environmental Engineering Degree from Pennsylvania State University and has over 30 years experience in the solid waste industry. He is a on the Executive Board of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce.
