Patrick Bouteller

Patrick Bouteller is Director of Government Relations for the City of San Diego and Mayor Kevin L. Faulconer. In this role, he manages all intergovernmental affairs for the City of San Diego and is the lead on all state and federal policy issues affecting City and Mayoral priorities. Previously, Patrick worked as Chief of Staff to Council President Pro Tem Mark Kersey, Director of Government Affairs for the Port of San Diego, and as Capitol Director to Assemblyman Nathan Fletcher. He is a proud UCLA graduate and downtown San Diego resident.
