He has represented clients in the negotiation and implementation of various kinds of contracts involving the maritime industry, including sale of vessels, ship finance, construction and repair of vessels and naval artifacts, all forms of charter parties, salvage, port and maritime works as well as general commercial and corporate matters. He has also dealt with regulatory proceedings and matters, including, registration and flagging of vessels, navigation permits, cruise ships, registration of shipping companies, transportation permits, concessions and permits for construction, use, and exploitation of maritime terminals and port facilities. He currently oversees the regulatory and contractual compliance of various company’s fleets of foreign and national vessels dedicated to service in the oil, port and tourism sector in Mexico. Graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, and received his postgraduate diploma in Civil Law from Universidad Panamericana. He collaborated as International Associate at Hill Rivkins & Hayden (Houston).
