Steve Hamilton is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Infrastructure & Capital Projects Practice. He leads our West Coast Region market expansion and project delivery, focused on California and Arizona. He has more than 15 years of experience providing strategic planning and economic assessments for large-scale infrastructure projects worldwide. He is an experienced transaction specialist (P3s) on projects for the World Bank Group, national and city governments, and private real estate developers/operators. He has worked in 20 countries, spanning Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, Mexico, and the United States. Steve helps lead Deloitte’s work in urban development and Smart Cities, including advising clients on new business models for shared value capture. Prior to joining Deloitte, Steve worked for AECOM. Steve received his Master’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and his Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
