4 Walls International

In 2009, Waylon co-founded 4 Walls International a California 501 (c) 3 in aims to bridge the gap between the theoretical and the practical. Over the past 10 years Waylon has strived to permeate the cross cultural landscape of the border region to draw attention to the shared environmental issues on both sides of the Mexico - U.S. border. The Tijuana- San Diego area has provided the perfect microcosm for this by advocating for the need for the source management of solid waste and its incentivized repurposing. He has exemplified this through collaborative projects across Latin America, and by his ability to strengthen partnerships and and build coalitions around the pressing environmental issues facing the region. By transforming waste with cost effective community improvement programs and green infrastructure, 4 Walls International addresses developmental shortcomings with human energy powered innovation and conservation.
