We have secured a special room rate of $450++ per night for standard rooms between October 11 – 14, 2026. Reservations must be made by Friday, September 25 at 3:00 PM PST.

After September 25, the hotel will confirm reservations subject to availability. Cancellations must be done directly to the hotel by 3:00 PM PST on September 25 in order to avoid no-show charges.
Flights
For your planning purposes, most delegates arrive in the afternoon on Sunday, October 11, prior to the Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM. The trip will conclude around 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 14.
Complimentary CBX Tickets for Delegates:
Attendees receive free Cross Border Xpress (CBX) roundtrip tickets to depart from the Tijuana Airport. CBX is an enclosed pedestrian skywalk bridge exclusively for Tijuana Airport passengers who cross the U.S./Mexico border as part of their trip. As the trip gets near, you’ll receive a code to redeem your CBX tickets.

August 28, 2026 – 100% refund
September 25, 2026 – 75% refund
October 2, 2026 – 50% refund
After October 2, no refunds will be allowed.
