We are still in the process of developing the agenda. For travel planning purposes, please plan to arrive in D.C. before the Welcome Reception on Sunday, 4/26 beginning at 7:00 PM. The last meeting will end at around 10:00 AM on Wednesday, 4/29.

Reservations must be made by 3:00 pm (PST), Monday, April 6, 2026. After that date, the hotel will confirm reservations based on availability at the current rate.

Most delegates arrive in the afternoon on Sunday, before the Welcome Reception which begins at 7:00 PM, and depart after the Breakfast/Closing Session (which concludes at 10:00 AM) on Wednesday.

Chamber members & Additional Attendees: $4,000
Non-members: $5,500

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations must be in writing and sent to ktran@sdchamber.org. If payment was made with a credit card, the credit service fee cannot be refunded.
Cancel by:
February 28, 2026 – 100% refund
March 31, 2026 – 75% refund
April 22, 2026 – 50% refund
After April 22, no refunds will be allowed.
