Our Mission:
The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research and drug development, promoting individualized treatment, and ensuring access to high-quality, specialized care.
Who We Are:
We are fueled by a dedicated group of scientists, caregivers, donors, volunteers and people with CF and their families who are united by a common goal: to find a cure for this devastating disease and help those with CF live longer, healthier lives.
What We Do:
We are the world’s leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis. We fund more CF research than any other organization, and nearly every CF drug available today was made possible because of Foundation support. We are a nonprofit donor-supported organization dedicated to attacking cystic fibrosis from every angle. We will not rest until we find a cure for all people with CF.

Join an Event.
Become a Corporate Partner or participate in one of our local events in San Diego. Join us for a round of Golf, explore the Sequoia’s with us at Xtreme Hike, come ride with us at CF Cycle for Life or get inspired by attending our Breath of Life Celebration.
Support Workplace Giving.
Encourage employee giving through payroll deductions. Show your employees you support their charitable efforts by doubling or tripling their contributions with a company match.
Volunteer.
Join others in making an impact and increasing our education and awareness. By giving a few hours, sharing a few ideas and making a few connections, you can make a profound difference in your local community — and to children and adults everywhere living with cystic fibrosis.
