On Monday, the City Council placed the citizens’ initiative financing measure on the March ballot. A coalition, including the Chamber, organized labor, and homelessness advocates among others are in support of the measure to fund three priorities of the City: a convention center expansion, homelessness solutions, and infrastructure.
