Dr. Constance Carroll is a true visionary at the helm of one of the nation’s largest community college districts and has served as the driver of a regional economic engine, conferring more than 150,000 degrees and certificates since 2004. Dr. Carroll has also served on the boards of directors of numerous organizations and has overseen the physical transformation of San Diego, Mesa, and Miramar colleges, and San Diego Continuing Education. She currently serves on the boards of the University of San Diego, the League for Innovation, the Community College Humanities Association, and the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation.
