Bill Earley

West Health | Chief Administrative Officer & General Consul

Bill Earley is responsible for all administrative, operational and legal aspects of West Health’s applied medical research and policy work in support of successful aging. This includes overseeing the organizations’ financial, human resources, information technology and other administrative functions. As general counsel, he leads West Health’s legal, compliance and governance efforts. Earley also plays a critical role in West Health’s local and state advocacy endeavors. Prior to West Health, Earley served as regional chief executive officer of the American Red Cross of San Diego/Imperial Counties. Previously, he was a partner and attorney for an international law firm, and had his own law and management consulting firm. Throughout his life and career, Earley has been dedicated to helping others. He received the U.S. Congressional Gold Medal Award in 1985 for exemplary community service, and has worked with more than a dozen regional nonprofits, boards and public service entities, including the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and LEAD San Diego. Earley holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and graduated with high honors from San Diego State University.
