Born in the City of Juarez, Chihuahua in 1979, double majore degree in Internacional Relations and Law School in Universidad de las Américas-Puebla, Masters degree in Economic Devolopment in Cetys Universidad, with exchange studies program in Harvard School, in Boston MA, Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan, and Moscow State University in Moscow, Russia. Numerous responsabilities in the City of Tijuana: Industrial Devolpment Director in 2004, Public Parks & Recreation in 2006, Tourism Director in the City of Rosarito in 2009, Chief of Enviornmental Projects in 2011, Chief of Protocol and Civic Action 2013, Mayor´s Speech Director in 2014 and City Councilmember from 2016 until now. Married to Rudciel Rudametkin, and father of one daughter and a boy-baby on the way, owner of a small local winebox business since 2013.
