Marty Miller serves on the San Diego County Water Authority Board of Directors representing the Vista Irrigation District. Director Miller has served on the Board since being seated November 28, 2011. He currently serves as Chair of the Engineering and Operations Committee, and as a member of the Legislation and Public Outreach Committee, and the San Vicente Project Negotiations Work Group. He has previously served on the following SDCWA Committees: Imported Water, Legislation Conservation and Outreach, San Vicente Energy Task Force, Small Contractor Outreach and Opportunities Program, and Water planning.
