Patricia Quinn Olsem is the Senior Vice President of USA Brand Management and Americas (includes Canada and Latin America) Innovation for the WD-40 Company. She is a member of the Americas Tribal Leadership Council and is responsible for all aspects of the business and long-range strategic plans. Ms. Olsem participates in annual board meetings, organizational development with the human resources team, and strategic initiative projects across the Americas Trading Bloc. Ms. Olsem has spent more than 20 years in marketing and innovation for CPG Companies in New York, New Jersey, and Southern California. She began career in New York working for advertising, public relations, and sales promotion agencies. She has also worked for several large, small, public, and private companies. Presently, Ms. Olsem is based in San Diego with WD-40, living in San Juan Capistrano, and working on B2C, as well as B2B plans and opportunities, while building capabilities to sustain growth. Ms. Olsem is a 2016 graduate of the University of San Diego’s MSEL program, obtaining a Master’s in Business and Executive Leadership. She earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing and Business Administration from King’s College in Pennsylvania, along with a study abroad academic semester in London. She is a member of a Board of Advisors for a startup company focused on men’s grooming. Ms. Olsem is married with a 12-year old son. When not working, she enjoys home improvement projects, spending time with family, attending sporting events, and travel. Originally from New Jersey, Ms. Olsem is the youngest of six children, with four brothers and one sister.
