Vivian Salazar

State Government of Baja California

Vivian Salazar currently serves as the Director of Binational Affairs for the State Government of Baja California. She previously served at the Secretariat of Economic Development of the City of Tijuana, helping to promote the economic opportunities of the Tijuana – Sa Diego Region. Prior to that, she worked as Project Manager at the Tijuana`s Economic Development Council, leading the City Branding, the Baja California Metropolitan Convention Center and the Technological Consortium working committees. Vivian received her Masters Degree in Business Administration at Cetys Universidad. She is also a graduate of Cetys Universidad, with a degree in International Business, an emphasis in emphasis in North America. She studied International Business and Cross Cultural Experience with an emphasis of the Eurozone at the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d'Angers (ESSCA) in France. She received her Diploma in International Marketing at Regents University in London, UK and Entrepreneurship of Value: Social, Creative and Sustainable from Universidad Politecnico de Valencia and IPAG Business School.
