We have secured a special room rate of $420++ per night for standard rooms between October 12 through 15. Reservations must be made by Friday, September 26 at 3:00 PM PST.

After September 26, the hotel will confirm reservations subject to availability. Cancellations must be done directly to the hotel by September 26 in order to avoid no-show charges.


Flights

For your planning purposes, most delegates arrive in the afternoon on Sunday, October 12, prior to the Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM. The trip will conclude around 10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 12.

Attendees receive free Cross Border Xpress (CBX) roundtrip tickets to depart from the Tijuana Airport! CBX is an enclosed pedestrian skywalk bridge exclusively for Tijuana Airport passengers who cross the U.S./Mexico border as part of their trip. As the trip gets near, you’ll receive a code to redeem your CBX tickets.

Chamber members & Additional Attendees: $3,700
Non-members: $5,000

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations must be in writing and sent to ktran@sdchamber.org

Cancel before:
August 29, 2025 – 100% refund
September 26, 2025 – 75% refund
October 3, 2025 – 50% refund
After October 3, no refunds will be allowed.
