A key component of the All Our Talent: Women on Boards and Commissions initiative is engaging women at all levels to make a positive difference in gender diversity, equity, and representation in organizations throughout the region. This includes our elected leaders and those influencing the policymaking who are helping drive the change we seek.
We invite you to join us for a statewide, virtual conversation focused on the dynamic challenge of increasing the number of women serving at the board level of public and private companies, nonprofit organizations, and government commissions throughout California.
We are hosting this event to bring together city chambers from around the state, business leaders, advocates, and experts to share what is working, where we can identify talented women from diverse backgrounds and experiences to serve, and develop next steps so that business is seen as a champion for board diversity and inclusion work. We will share what the San Diego Regional Chamber is doing to shape this conversation and take action in our region.
