Prior to Avertium, Mark spent 5 years at IT Partners an award-winning data center solution provider and VAR, driving the company’s transformation and portfolio expansion. Mark was the Chief Strategy / Marketing Officer and a Board Director at 3 Sigma Corporation, driving corporate-wide transformation and growth initiatives, accelerating double digit revenue growth and the commercialization of new products.

Chris’ experience in the field of information technology spans more than twenty years. He spent much of that time in the field, taking part in and leading services engagements as IT manager/director, engineer, project manager, account manager, etc. Since 2007, when Xceptional, Inc. was founded, Chris has been working tirelessly to ensure Xceptional is a fun and rewarding workplace that provides the highest levels of customer service.


Holly B. McGlinn, CPCU, AU and Principal at Breakwater Strategic Insurance Solutions
Holly has been an insurance agent since 2005 and trained as an underwriter at Liberty Mutual Insurance. She holds AU (Associate in Underwriting) and CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) designations. CPCU is recognized as a top level designation in Commercial Insurance. Additionally, she has 10 years of experience working in Cyber Insurance. In 2019, Holly Founded Breakwater Strategic Insurance Solutions. She is an alumna of UCSB and taught English in Puerto Montt, Chile. Holly loves spending time with her husband, 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 guinea pigs.


Joseph Cook, Certified Cyber Risk Manager (CYB), Certified Workers Compensation Specialist and Insurance Consultant
Each day Joseph works toward sharing his knowledge and resources to bring value to the people and businesses who entrust him with their insurance. He has a passion for assisting his clients in becoming active participants in their risk management, allowing them to make conscious decisions about the coverage their insurance spend is providing them. Joseph is a Certified Cyber Risk Manager, in addition to being a Certified Workers Compensation Specialist, and has participated in several state level cyber security panels.
