September is Hunger Awareness Month, and the San Diego Food Bank invites the community to join in making a meaningful difference for our neighbors across San Diego County.

With nearly 1 in 4 San Diegans experiencing food insecurity, the need is significant — but so is the opportunity for all of us to contribute to the solution. Volunteering with the San Diego Food Bank is a hands-on way to support our community and help ensure nutritious food reaches people who need it most.
Volunteer shifts are generally about three hours and are great for teams, colleagues, or organizations to get involved together.
